Snow snow and wind to come . Awoke this A.M. to snow then came the ice pellets hitting the windows . The kids still had school , as this is the north country and it takes a lot of snow to cancel school .
As I sit at the window typing ice pellets are hitting the window . The wind is picking up also , top guests of 50 mph expected today .
The animals are all snug in the barn or their shelters none the wiser to the expected weather to come . I do notice that they eat a lot more when storms are coming .

Well our cold continues but not much snow to speak of . The girls are all dry so no milking for now . We will start having kids in Feb and all the fun starts again.
I need to start making soap again . It’s been a nice little break . I have some new scents to try out so that will be fun .
Our Amish workers have not returned to do any more work on our new expansion . I cannot wait to have my gift shop and my own work area. I think Andy and Abe will start working again after the holidays , if the weather is good.
