We currently have 1 Jersey in milk and 2 heifer calves . I love the butterfat and protein for cheese making . The size for easy handling and the temperament to love .
Molly is in milk now and supply’s our family with fresh butter and Italian cheeses. She was bred when we bought her to a Holstein bull . She is pictured below with her newborn calf.
